Job Description: Electrical Engineer
Reporting: Technical Manager
TASKS – ACTIVITIES – RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that all electrical installations/ review follow safety standards
- Providing troubleshooting solutions/ design review to client in case of electrical problems
- Evaluating the need to replace components of existing systems for client
- Evaluating the electrical requirements of the company and ensuring that they are fulfilled
- Maintain BV’s professional standards, meeting company objectives in relation to budget targets, service quality, company reputation, QA, QHSE and environmental standards.
- Work with the engineering team to conduct site investigation and assess the technical feasibility of developing a specific infrastructure project.
- Draft the scope of work and estimate the respective project budget.
- Inspect project construction sites/ fire prevention system/ control of electric system, to follow the checklist.
- Accomplish any other job-related duties/functions requested by the BV.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelors' degree in Electrical engineering
- 5 years of experience as Electrical Engineer, Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Supervisor
- Has certificate of supervisor grade II
- Proficient use of specialized software for electricity
- Has experience in design/ supervise Construction/ manufacturing company
- Knowledge about electrical systems, installation procedures, circuits and maintenance
- Knowledge about safety measures and standards
TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
- Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English is preferred

- Can work independently under pressure
- Can arrange to travel for inspection jobs
- Strong leadership skills – able to lead and manage a team
