This is a hybrid position. The incumbent will work in the office, or at a client site, 2 days/week, and work from home 3 days/week.

What You Will be Doing:
As an Associate Principal/Senior Electrical Engineer at Interface, you will be taking ownership as a discipline leader on multiple projects. Your duties will include, but may not be limited to:
- Serve as permanent Team Leader for Multi-discipline engineers and designers.
- Managing complex MEP projects across numerous industries: Commercial, Medical, Biotech, Education, Transportation, and more.
- Innovative and complex electrical system design
- Meeting and consulting with clients
- Providing guidance to design staff
- Supporting overall project management to our MEP team leaders.
To Qualify for Application:
The successful Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer candidate should have:
- BSEE
- 10+ years' experience in MEP design/consulting
- Team leadership/management experience
- Project Management Experience in the MEP space
- High-energy client services skills
- Excellent communication ability
- Complete understanding of building codes
- Thorough design system knowledge
Preferred Qualifications Include:
- A Professional Engineering License (or equivalent experience)
- PMP Certification
- LEED Accreditation
- Experience with CAD and REVIT
Interface Benefits and Perks:
- Highly competitive total compensation packages. The annual salary range for this position is $160,000 to $185,000 annually.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Interface pays 80% of employee and dependents medical premiums. Interface pays 100% of employee dental and vision premiums and 80% of the dental and vision premiums for employee and dependents.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) – 25 days of paid time off per year. Accrual begins on your first day of work.
